20th India-France Joint Staff talks held in Paris

The 20th session of the India-France Joint Staff negotiations was held in Paris, France April 12-13, 2022. The meeting was hosted by the Chief of Staff, Int-C (Military Cooperation), Headquarters, Integrated Security personnel. (HQ IDS) Air Vice Marshal B Manikantan and Head of Bilateral Cooperation South / Staff HQ Brigadier General Eric Peltier.

Defense cooperation

The meeting was held in a friendly, warm, and comfortable environment. The talks focused on new initiatives under the auspices of the existing defense cooperation mechanism and the strengthening of ongoing security talks. The India-France Joint Staff Forums is a forum established to promote security cooperation between the two countries through regular dialogue at strategic and operational levels.
