Political Focus: Congress and TMC on Tuesday picked former Union minister Yashwant Sinha as their Presidential candidate

Imtiaz Jaleel of AIMIM was one of the participants in the meeting. Presidential elections will be held on July 18 to elect a successor to Ram Nath Kovind and the result will be on July 21. A BJP parliamentary session will convene later on Tuesday to discuss the NDA-led NJ elections for a new president.
