World Focus: Discussions between foreign ministers on tensions in Taiwan were lively and contained some strong arguments

The chairman of this week’s meetings of the ASEAN regional bloc said on Saturday that discussions between foreign ministers on tensions in Taiwan were lively and contained some strong arguments, but it was better to settle disputes with words.
