Senior Russian official and former president Dmitry Medvedev on Monday contributed to the “wildest” predictions for 2023 that Britain will rejoin the European Union and oil prices will rise to $150 a barrel. Medvedev said in a series of tweets that Poland and Hungary would occupy the western parts of the former Ukraine, and the area of Germany and its satellites, including Poland, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Republic of Kiev and other outcasts, would be incorporated into the Fourth Reich.
“On New Year’s Eve everyone starts making predictions,” the Russian official wrote on Twitter. “Many come up with futuristic hypotheses, as if competing to choose the wildest, and even the most absurd,” said Medvedev, contributing to such predictions.
“Poland and Hungary will occupy the western regions of the previously existing Ukraine,” he wrote on Twitter. “The Fourth Reich will be created, which will include the territory of Germany and its satellites, i.e. Poland, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Republic of Kiev and other outcasts.”
Among Medvedev’s absurd predictions was that war would break out between France and the “Fourth Reich”, and in the process Europe would be divided, while Poland would be redistributed.

He also predicted that Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, would win the presidential elections in a number of US states after the end of the new civil war.
