Rahul Gandhi delivered a speech in heavy rain & attack the state government in karnataka

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi delivered a speech in Karnataka’s Mysuru on Sunday amid heavy rain and launched an attack on the state government. He was addressing the public after ending the Bharat Jodo Yatra march for the day. The video is now going viral on social media platforms. “Heat, storm and cold cannot stop this yatra. This river like yatra will continue from Kanyakumari to Kashmir; you will not see things like hatred or violence in this river. There will be only love and brotherhood because this is the history and DNA of India,” Gandhi said.

Several Congress leaders, including Jairam Ramesh and Randeep Surjewal, praised Gandhi for his speech. “Undeterred by the downpour in Mysuru, @RahulGandhi electrified the sea on Gandhi Jayanti night. It was an unequivocal statement. No force can stop #BharatJodoYatra from uniting India against hate, against unemployment and rising prices,” Ramesh tweeted. The former Congress president shared a video clip of the speech on Twitter and said, “No one can stop us from uniting India. No one can stop us from raising the voice of India. No one can stop the Bharat Jodo Yatra on its way from Kanyakumari to Kashmir.

The yatra, which started on September 7 from Kanyakumari, entered the BJP-ruled state for the first time after covering Tamil Nadu and Kerala. It will cover a 511 km stretch in Karnataka in 21 days. Interim Congress President Sonia Gandhi is also expected to join the march on October 6. 12 countries will participate in the march over five months, trying to draw attention to economic differences, social polarization and political centralization.
