Priyanka Chopra continues to make headlines for her Hollywood films as well as her glamorous appearances around the world, from styling a couple with singer husband Nick Jonas at the recent Wimbledon 2023 Women’s Final to attending the red carpet premieres of her web series Citadel in Bombay London, Rome and New York. Priyanka Chopra turns 41 on July 18, once revealed that she ‘hates to party’.

Her late father Ashok Chopra and her mother Madhu Chopra were Indian Army doctors who gave up their private practice in Bareilly, UP after Priyanka was crowned Miss India 2000. Priyanka and Nick Jonas married in 2018 and they had daughter name Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
Priyanka Chopra said that she comes from a conservative background. Priyanka, who was crowned Miss World in 2000 at the age of 17, also said that “people may not accept it because of what she does in her films”. The actress, who has been juggling her life between the UK and the US in recent weeks, added that she is “very different” to how people perceive her.
In an interview with Filmfare in 2004, Priyanka was asked to share ‘three unknown facts’ about herself. Then she said, “One: I am a complete homebody. I am happiest with my family around me.
Priyanka said, “Two: I hate partying. I come from a conservative background and people might not accept it because of what I do in my films. But films are work and I am very different from how the public perceives me . I am not the Priyanka that people saw in Andaaz, Kismat (2004) and any Third: I love poetry. English and Urdu. My favorite poets are Emily Dickinson, Faiz Sahab and Ghalib.”
