NITI Aayog released India’s Climate Energy Dashboard (ICED) on energy sector

NITI Aayog today released India’s Climate Energy Dashboard (ICED) 3.0. ICED is the country’s unified platform for near real time data on the energy sector, climate and related economic datasets based on government sources.

Developed as a user-friendly platform, ICED 3.0 allows users to freely access and analyze datasets using an analysis tool. It will facilitate and improve understanding of the energy and climate sectors while identifying key challenges. The portal will draw insights from available data parameters and is therefore extremely useful in tracking the progress of India’s clean energy transition journey.

This dashboard offers more than 500 parameters, more than 2000 infographics and a number of interactive visualizations that allow users to gain a holistic understanding of the Indian power sector.
