This year’s selection features an impressive roster of over 40 World Premieres, 45 Asia Premieres, and 70 South Asia Premieres, with a record-breaking 1000 submissions for the South Asia program.
The festival aims to shine a spotlight on contemporary films and emerging cinematic voices from South Asia. The highlight of this year’s festival is the South Asia Competition, aligning with the festival’s vision to become a hub for South Asian and South Asian Diaspora cinema and talent. This competitive section is dedicated to showcasing groundbreaking contemporary South Asian films, promising an exciting cinematic journey for all attendees.
