On Monday, the Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) price was hiked for commercial cylinders by Rs 250. According to the reports, the commercial cylinders which weigh 19kg, will now cost Rs 2,253 in the National Capital Region (NCR).
At the same time, the rates for the domestic LPG cylinders have been kept in check and unchanged. A non-subsidised LPG cylinder weighing 14.2kg currently costs Rs 949.50 in Delhi.
LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS
The 19-kg commercial gas cylinder in Mumbai will now cost Rs 2,205, whereas in Kolkata, the commercial LPG cylinder rate stands at Rs 2,351. The price for the same cylinder in Chennai will now be at Rs 2,406.
The rates of the fuels have remained unchanged today. Previously, in the nine rate revisions starting March 22, the prices have shot up by around Rs 6.40 per litre.
The aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices were hiked by Rs 2,258.54 per kilolitre (kl), or 2 percent, to Rs 1,12,924.83 per kl in the national capital territory, according to the price notification issued by the state-owned fuel retailers.
