The prestigious Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar (PMRBP) will be awarded to 19 exceptional children between the ages of 5 and 18 for their outstanding achievements and abilities. The awards, bestowed in seven categories including Bravery, Art & Culture, Environment, Innovation, Science & Technology, Social Service, and Sports, aim to recognize national excellence.
The awards ceremony, scheduled to be held at Vigyan Bhawan on January 22, 2024, will witness the President of India conferring medals, certificates, and citation booklets to the young achievers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to interact with the awardees on January 23, 2024, offering encouragement and recognition for their remarkable contributions. Additionally, the children will participate in the Republic Day parade on January 26, 2024.
