Shamshera is an action film of the coming Indian language era produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films and directed by Karan Malhotra. The film plays Ranbir Kapoor in a double role with Sanjay Dutt as an opponent alongside Vaani Kapoor, Ronit Roy, Saurabh Shukla and AshutoshRana. Organized in the 1800s, the story follows a dacoit nation and a struggle for independence against the British empire. It is scheduled for the release of the theater on 22 July 2022.
Ranbir Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor, co-stars in their upcoming film Shamshera, raised the temperature with a new film on Wednesday. While fans praised the photoshoot as hot, they also joked about how Alia Bhatt responded to her husband’s photos. Yash Raj Films posted photos on his Instagram account, introducing Ranbir as Balli and Vaani as Sona. The photos showed Vaani wearing a body suit and shorts and Ranbir wearing a white vest and trousers. The first picture had Vaani sitting on Ranbir’s lap, and the second one showed him leaning against her.
Fans threw fire emoji at the comments section, many of them calling the images ‘good’. A fan called Ranbir ‘My Rockstar,’ and another said of Vaani Kapoor, “You look hot.” The fan taunted Ranbir about Alia saying, “Are bhai Alia madam se darnhi lagtahaikya sir apko (Sir don’t be afraid of Alia).”Someone mentioned the line by Alia Bhatt’s 2019 film Gully Boy, in which he beat up a girl for flirting with her boyfriend, and joked, “Alia kepati se Guluguta photoshoot (Good photography with Alia’s husband).” Someone mentioned another episode of the same film and said, “Alia is coming with a bottle.”
Yash Raj Films shared photos in another photoshoot on Tuesday, when Ranbir showed off his six-pack abs while standing in front of a luxury car. He also took hot photos with Vaani as part of the same photo. Ranbir plays Shamshera and her son Balli in the next film, starring Vaani as a dancer. Karan Malhotra’s book also stars Sanjay Dutt as a cruel and corrupt policeman Daroga Shuddh Singh. Shamshera will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on July 22, 2022.
