South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol said on Monday that North Korea’s missile and nuclear weapons program has reached a point where it threatens regional and global peace.
Yoon made the remarks at a Memorial Day event the day after North Korea unveiled a series of short-range missiles at its largest test.
