US Secretary of State Antony Blinken expressed concern over escalation of violence

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken “expressed concern” about the escalation of violence in the West Bank during a call with Israeli Foreign Minister Elio Cohen, the US State Department said on Tuesday.

Blinken also expressed condolences to Cohen over the recent terrorist attack against Israeli citizens and called on all parties to work together to “de-escalate the situation,” the State Department said.
