Vicky Kaushal becomes the latest celebrity fan of Aanand L Rai’s ‘Atrangi Re’

New Delhi: Actor Vicky Kaushal seems to be in love with filmmaker Aanand L Rai’s latest release ‘Atrangi Re’. The film has become the centre of attention for the masses and celebrities alike. Performances by the lead cast – Sara Ali Khan, Dhanush, and Akshay Kumar have been praised by several members of the film industry.

Aanand’s ‘Atrangi Re’ has gained critical acclaim from all walks of society, from the time it was released on Disney+ Hotstar in December 2021. The latest fan in the exhaustive list is actor Vicky Kaushal. He is currently busy shooting for his upcoming projects and looks hugely impressed with the film as he shared his thoughts about the romantic movie on Instagram.

Sharing the poster of ‘Atrangi Re’ on his Instagram post, Vicky wrote, “Kitni pyaari Film hai… Mazaa aa gaya (What a lovely film.. I enjoyed it)! @saraalikhan95 such a difficult role to play and how wonderfully you have surrendered yourself to it.”

“@dhanushkraja absolutely genius. @akshaykumar Garda uda diye (You nailed it)!” the actor further wrote. In the end, requesting the director to cast him in his next project, Vicky wrote “@aanandlrai Cast me in your next film, sir, please! (sic).”

Aanand was quick to reshare the actor’s Instagram story and wrote, “Thank you mere bhai. Aur tu cast nahi hoga.. Tu jab bhi hoga kahani hoga (sic) (You won’t be the cast. Whenever you are there, you will be the story).”
