Imphal, Manipur — Bollywood actors Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram are gearing up for their wedding ceremony scheduled for Wednesday in Imphal, Manipur. The couple was recently spotted seeking blessings at a temple in Heingang, Imphal East district, ahead of their private nuptial celebration.
The upcoming wedding is anticipated to be an intimate affair, with Randeep Hooda being the sole representative from the film industry in attendance. Both actors were seen embracing traditional attire for their temple visit, expressing reverence before embarking on their marital journey.
In an interaction after the temple visit, Randeep Hooda shared his sentiments, stating, “I pray for a happy future, peace for Manipur and everywhere in the world, a happy married life, and many more things. I hope I get them.”
Responding to queries about the guest list and the presence of other Bollywood celebrities at their wedding, Randeep Hooda conveyed, “It’s just me.” When asked about his pre-wedding feelings and whether he is nervous, Hooda humorously remarked, “Well, everybody is.”
Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram officially announced their wedding plans on Instagram, revealing that the ceremony would take place on November 29, 2023, in Imphal, Manipur, followed by a reception in Mumbai. The couple expressed their joy and sought blessings for their union of cultures.
Lin Laishram, known for her roles in Bollywood films like “Mary Kom” and “Rangoon,” made her debut in 2007 with “Om Shanti Om.” Randeep Hooda, an acclaimed actor in the industry, will be seen in the upcoming film “Swatantra Veer Savarkar,” a biopic of freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.
