According to Sacnilk.com, the film earned ₹337.58 crore in its first week and added ₹139.26 crore in the second week. On its 17th day, “Animal” garnered ₹14.08 crore nett in India for all languages, bringing the total Indian box office collection to ₹512.02 crore.
The global success of “Animal” is also noteworthy, with the film surpassing ₹800 crore in gross collections worldwide within 16 days of release. T-Series, one of the production houses behind the film, shared the global box office figures on its official platform, indicating that “Animal” raised ₹817.36 crore in total global gross collections.
The film, produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar’s T-Series, Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios, and Pranay Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures, presents a violent world set against the backdrop of a troubled relationship between Ranbir Kapoor’s character, Ranvijay Singh, and his father, Balbir Singh, portrayed by Anil Kapoor.
