Star-Studded Screening of “Laapataa Ladies” Draws Bollywood Celebrities in Stylish Attire

A star-studded event took place recently as celebrities gathered for the screening of Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao’s upcoming film, “Laapataa Ladies.” Among the attendees were industry stalwarts such as Sunny Deol, Salman Khan, Kajol, Karan Johar, and many others, adding glitz and glamour to the occasion.

For the screening, Aamir Khan donned a sophisticated look, wearing a black kurta paired with a matching jacket and pants, exuding understated elegance. Kiran Rao opted for a mustard saree paired with a silver blouse, epitomizing grace and sophistication.

Sunny Deol chose a classic ensemble, sporting a black shirt layered under a dark grey jacket, paired with trousers, showcasing timeless style. Salman Khan kept it casual yet stylish in a black T-shirt layered under a shirt, paired with denims, effortlessly blending comfort with fashion.

Kajol made a chic statement in a green outfit accentuated with a black belt, heels, and sunglasses, exuding effortless charm and style.

The event also saw the presence of Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan and her husband Nupur Shikhare, along with prominent figures such as Konkona Sensharma, Kabir Khan, Mini Mathur, Ali Fazal, and Sayani Gupta, adding to the star-studded affair.

Sharman Joshi opted for a casual yet trendy look, sporting a black T-shirt paired with denims, while Karan Johar exuded sophistication in a black jacket and trousers ensemble. Ira Khan made a stunning appearance in a pink saree, while Nupur Shikhare kept it stylish in a navy blue T-shirt paired with beige pants. Konkona Sensharma looked chic in a black top paired with a dark blue jacket and pants.

The attendees radiated joy and camaraderie, with Karan Johar captured sharing a warm embrace with Kiran Rao in a heartwarming moment.

“Laapataa Ladies,” directed by Kiran Rao, has been selected as the opening film of the second edition of the IFFM Summer Festival. The film promises an intriguing storyline set in rural India in 2001, revolving around two young brides who get separated during a train journey and the subsequent investigation by a police officer named Kishan, portrayed by Ravi Kishan.

Produced under the banners of Aamir Khan Productions and Kindling Productions, “Laapataa Ladies” boasts a talented ensemble cast including Ravi Kishan, Pratibha Ranta, Sparsh Shrivastav, and Nitanshi Goel. With its unique narrative and stellar cast, the film is set to captivate audiences upon its release on March 1, 2024.
