So far five bodies have been found in the rubble of an underground tunnel that collapsed at Jambanu and Kashmir on Thursday. Earlier today, the district police chief said a body had been found under a rock and large machines had been installed to remove the body. “One of the bodies was found… machinery used to remove the stone … towards the end of the process,” said Mohita Sharma, senior Superintendent of Police (Ramban), adding that those who could not be rescued would be rescued. and all bodies would be removed.

Islam said the incident was unexpected and that 17 hours of rescue work had been affected. Two large machines were trapped.Of the four most trapped workers – Jadav Roy (23), Gautam Roy (22), Sudhir Roy (31), Dipak Roy (33) and Parimal Roy (38) – of Bengal, two – Muzaffar (38) and Israt (30). ) – are from J&K and one – Shiva Chouhan (26) is from Assam. Nawaraj Chowdhury (26) and Cush Ram (25) – originally from NepalJ&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha presided over the operation in the control room.
