India Records 3,377 New Covers For COVID-19, Covid-60 Dies In 24 Hours: Center

Active cases accounted for 0.04 percent of total cases, and the national COVID-19 detection rate was recorded at 98.74 percent, the department said.India has 3,377 new cases of COVID-19 cases that have taken the country’s number of cases to 4,30,72,176, while active cases have risen to 17,801, according to the Union Department of Health data updated today.

The death toll rose to 5,23,753 60 deaths among young people.Active cases accounted for 0.04 percent of total cases, and the national COVID-19 detection rate was recorded at 98.74 percent, the department said. An increase of 821 cases was recorded on the active COVID-19 within 24 hours.

The daily positivity rate was recorded at 0.71 percent and the weekly rate was 0.63 percent, according to the department.The number of people infected with the disease increased to 4,25,30,622, with a mortality rate of 1.22%.

The bulk volumes used in the country to date under the COVID-19 national vaccination campaign have exceeded 188.65 crore.

Indian COVID-19 figures exceed 20 lakh mark on August 7, 2020, 30 lakh on August 23, 40 lakh on September 5 and 50 lakh on September 16. -60 on September 28, 70 lakh on October 11., fell 80 lakh on October 29, 90 lakh on November 20 and passed one crore mark on December 19.

The country fell into a tough two-crore on May 4 and three crore on June 23 last year.The 60 new bodies include 42 from Karnataka, 14 from Kerala, and two each from Delhi and Maharashtra.

A total of 5,23,753 5,23,753 people have been reported dead in the country including 1,47,840 in Maharashtra, 68,966 in Kerala, 40,099 in Karnataka, 38,025 in Tamil Nadu, 26,172 in Delhi, 23,506 in Uttar 21 and 21 in Bengal20.

The department emphasized that more than 70 percent of the deaths were due to complications.”Our statistics are integrated with the Indian Council of Medical Research,” the Department said on its website, adding that the government’s strategic distribution of statistics depends on further verification and reconciliation.
