Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt Plan to Name ₹250 Crore Bungalow After Daughter Raha Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor were recently spotted together at their under-construction bungalow in Mumbai’s Bandra area. According to a report by Bollywood Life, the bungalow, which is estimated to cost around ₹250 crore, will be named after Ranbir and Alia’s one-year-old daughter, Raha Kapoor. This decision is set to make Raha the youngest and richest star kid in Bollywood, surpassing the likes of other celebrity homes such as Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.

The report indicates that both Ranbir and Alia are investing their hard-earned money to realize their dream home. Once completed, the bungalow is expected to become the most expensive celebrity residence in Mumbai. Additionally, Ranbir Kapoor, deeply affectionate towards his daughter Raha, plans to name the bungalow after her.

It’s worth noting that while gifts from relatives are tax-exempt upon receipt in India, any future income or gains generated from these assets are subject to taxation.

Furthermore, Neetu Kapoor, Raha’s grandmother, will be a co-owner of the bungalow, as her late husband, actor Rishi Kapoor, had designated her as the half-owner of all his properties. Neetu Kapoor, who is financially stable herself, recently purchased a lavish house worth ₹15 crore in the Bandra area.

There is speculation that once the bungalow is ready, the entire Kapoor family, including Neetu Kapoor, will reside together under one roof. Currently, Alia and Ranbir live with Raha at their residence named Vastu.
