The terminal will showcase a variety of art including dandiya dance through its flexible exterior facade and beautiful interior. It is expected that the new airport will be operational by March 2023.Rajkot successfully contributes to the Indian economy through its small and heavy industries. The city plays an important role in the chain of supply of complex objects with a world view, which is expected to grow significantly. Air connectivity in international markets will boost industrial growth, which will also create new job opportunities. Apart from this, the new airport will come with a lot of commercial development. This will improve logistics, the hotel industry, restaurants, waterhouse-cargo handling and clearing business etc. many more.

In the spirit of Prime Minister Gati Shakti’s multi-way communication, Hirasar Airport is accessible to the National Highway NH-27. The clover-leaf flyover is arranged on the highway to reach the airport without hindrance.
