WhatsApp users can use chatbot by simply sending ‘Namaste or Hi or Digilocker’

In a major effort to make Government services accessible, inclusive, transparent and convenient, MyGov today announced that citizens will now be able to use MyGov Helpdesk on WhatsApp to access Digilocker service. This includes creating and verifying their Digilocker account, downloading documents such as PAN card, driver’s license, vehicle registration certificate, among other things, all on WhatsApp.The government under the leadership of the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has been working for “Ease of Living” through Digital India. In this context, the MyGov Helpdesk on WhatsApp is a major step towards ensuring governance and government services in the hands of citizens.

MyGov Helpdesk, will now provide a range of integrated citizen support and effective governance services, starting with Digilocker services. The new service will enable citizens to access the following documents easily and simply, from the safety of their homes.

3. CBSE Class X Pass Certificate

4. Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)

5. Insurance Policy – Two Wheels

6. Class Sheet X

7. Class XII market paper

8. Insurance Policy Document (Health and Non-Available Available at digilocker)
