Climate change activists have forced the closure of a stadium in central Paris on Saturday to protest environmental plans proposed by the remaining French presidential candidates. The Extinction Rebellion (XR) had stated on its website that it planned to block a large Paris area disrupting the electoral cycle and its “business status as usual”.
