PM Narendra Modi Takes Swipe at Rahul Gandhi Over Wayanad Constituency

Nanded, Maharashtra: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a dig at Rahul Gandhi during a rally in Nanded, Maharashtra, suggesting that the Congress leader will face defeat even in his current constituency of Wayanad in Kerala.

Addressing the crowd to campaign for BJP candidates from Nanded and Hingoli seats, PM Modi remarked that after losing his previous seat, Amethi, Rahul Gandhi will also suffer defeat in Wayanad. He quipped that Gandhi will then need to seek a safer seat elsewhere.

PM Modi highlighted the apparent one-sided voting trend favoring the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections, citing it as an indication of the alliance’s strong performance.

Taking aim at the Congress, PM Modi criticized the party’s governance, blaming it for hindering the development of farmers and the poor with flawed policies. He emphasized that the agricultural crisis was a result of Congress’s mismanagement.

Referring to the opposition alliance, PM Modi portrayed it as a coalition of self-serving individuals united to protect their own interests. He urged voters to exercise their right to vote, emphasizing its importance in shaping the country’s future.

PM Modi also highlighted the significance of the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, suggesting its importance in safeguarding the interests of minority communities, particularly Sikhs from Afghanistan.

With the NDA aiming for a stronger mandate for a third consecutive term, PM Modi criticized the disunity within the opposition alliance, predicting internal conflicts post-election results.

The ongoing election battle between the NDA and the opposition INDIA bloc has drawn significant attention, with both sides vying for electoral success.
