According to Sacnilk.com, the film, which released on March 22 in Hindi and Marathi, has garnered over ₹1 crore in India on its eighth day of release. With this latest collection, the film’s total earnings in India now stand at ₹12.50 crore nett.
In its first week, “Swatantra Veer Savarkar” amassed ₹11.35 crore, with ₹1.04 crore coming from the Hindi version and ₹1 lakh from the Marathi version. The film’s early estimates suggest that it has earned ₹1.15 crore nett on day eight, indicating a consistent performance at the box office.
Directed by Randeep Hooda, who also portrays the titular role of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, the film features Ankita Lokhande and Amit Sial in significant roles.
