PM Narendra Modi Celebrates Chandrayaan-3 Success with ISRO Scientists in Bengaluru!

In a historic moment that resonated with national pride, Prime Minister Narendra Modi rendezvoused with the brilliant minds of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) in Bengaluru. The occasion was the resounding success of Chandrayaan-3, a mission that saw India’s triumphant return to the Moon’s surface after the Chandrayaan-2 setback four years ago.

Amidst a jubilant crowd outside the HAL airport, Modi’s voice resonated with enthusiasm as he chanted the slogan, ‘Jai Vigyan Jai Anusandhan’ saluting the victory of science and research. “I couldn’t hold back my excitement. The moment I returned to the country, I knew I had to come to Bengaluru and meet our remarkable scientists,” PM Modi shared.

Stepping onto the hallowed grounds of ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC), Modi was briefed on the remarkable achievements of the Chandrayaan-3 mission. The nation watched in anticipation as Modi took to X (formerly Twitter), expressing his eagerness to interact with the ISRO luminaries responsible for India’s laurels in space exploration.

Captivating visuals showed a convergence of police, officials, and citizens, all eager to catch a glimpse of the historical event unfolding at ISTRAC. As Modi’s plane touched down after his diplomatic sojourn in South Africa and Greece, a throng of supporters, including BJP leaders, gathered at HAL airport to welcome him.

Amidst this electrifying atmosphere, one local told, “This is a proud moment for us… PM Modi’s visit celebrates the dedication of the ISRO team behind Chandrayaan-3.”

Meanwhile, as the nation rejoiced, striking posters commemorating Chandrayaan-3’s landing adorned Delhi’s Palam Airport, a testament to India’s collective pride in its scientific achievements.

Modi’s unwavering commitment was further witnessed as he tuned in to witness the landmark moment when the Vikram lander touched down on the Moon’s South Pole, a feat that etched India’s name alongside the select few nations to accomplish such a remarkable endeavor.

Traffic advisories lined the roads leading to the ISRO facility, acknowledging the significance of the event. The successful landing not only signaled India’s technological prowess but also marked a poignant victory over past disappointments.

India’s journey to the Moon began on July 14 when the spacecraft was launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. The triumphant landing marked India’s elevation to a revered league of nations—USA, China, and Russia as the fourth country to have conquered lunar territory.

The celebration was further enhanced by Modi’s four-day diplomatic tour to South Africa and Greece, setting the stage for a homecoming that will long be remembered in the annals of scientific achievement.

In this moment of national jubilation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s presence among the scientists at ISRO stands as a testament to India’s prowess in space exploration and its unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of human endeavor.”
