Tesla Inc on Thursday raised the prices of its Model S, X and Y electric vehicles in the US, according to its website. The company raised prices on all variants of its Model S and X vehicles by $1,000, while prices on all variants of the Model Y were increased by $250, its website said.
Prices for its Model 3 vehicle have not changed.
Last month, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said the company would prioritize revenue growth over margins and later focus on profit to roll out self-driving software for a larger fleet of vehicles.
