Ready to fight Uttar Pradesh polls from anywhere the party says: Yogi Adityanath

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said he is ready to contest the 2022 assembly elections from anywhere his party asks him to. He said he has fulfilled all that was promised to the people of Uttar Pradesh and has no regrets about his tenure.

When asked whether he will contest from Ayodhya, Mathura, or from his home district Gorakhpur, Yogi Adityanath said “I am ready to fight the election from wherever the party says”.

“Every person’s role is different at different times. It is not necessary that one person should always be in the government, sometimes he can also do the work of the organisation,” he added.

The Chief Minister said that his government had done a lot of work for the Uttar Pradesh farmers and refuted the claims that the farming community in Western Uttar Pradesh had any dissatisfaction with the BJP.
