Priyanka Chopra, along with her husband Nick Jonas and their daughter Maltie Marie Chopra Jonas, made a visit to the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The family was seen offering prayers at the temple, with pictures and videos of their visit circulating widely on social media.
Dressed in traditional attire, Priyanka wore a yellow saree, while Nick Jonas opted for a white printed kurta. Their daughter Maltie was adorned in a peach ethnic Indian outfit. The family was escorted amid tight security to a waiting car outside Ayodhya airport.
Their visit coincides with a trend of celebrities attending significant events at the Ram Temple. Earlier in January 2024, several Bollywood celebrities attended the grand Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the newly-constructed temple.
Aside from their religious visit, Priyanka has been actively participating in various events in Mumbai, including a Holi party hosted by Isha Ambani. Professionally, she has taken on the role of executive producer for the Oscar-nominated documentary “To Kill A Tiger” and is set to star in upcoming projects like “The Bluff” and “Heads of State,” alongside renowned actors Karl Urban, John Cena, and Idris Elba.
