Janhvi Kapoor is set to play a cricketer in Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. In preparation, Janhvi honed her cricket skills and practiced on the field with experts to get the basics right. Pictures doing the rounds on the internet showed the actress in a long white T-shirt and wearing the necessary cricket gear like a helmet, knee pads, gloves and a bat. Guided by a coach, Janhvi was caught playing shots into the nets. This showed her determination to learn the sport. She recently revealed that she underwent six months of rigorous training to portray a female cricketer in the film.
Earlier, Janhvi shared a glimpse of her workout for husband Mahi and captured her joy and satisfaction after a productive workout. Alongside the picture, she wrote, “Back to the grind #Mr&MrsMahi”.
The film recently wrapped production. The production house shared the news on their Instagram page, expressing their excitement about the final product and promising viewers an unforgettable experience.
