The 2nd India-Bangladesh Tri-Service Staff Talks (TSST) were held in New Delhi

On 10 August 2022, the 2nd IndiaBangladesh Tri-Service Staff Talks (TSST) were held in New Delhi. The meeting was co-chaired by Deputy Chief of Integrated Staff, IDC(A), HQ Integrated Defense Staff (IDS) Brigadier General Vivek Narang from the Indian side and Director General of the Armed Forces Division of the Directorate of Operations and Plans from the Bangladeshi side Brigadier General Husain Muhammad Rahaman.

The meeting took place in a friendly, warm and cordial atmosphere. Discussions focused on ongoing and new initiatives taken under the existing mechanism of bilateral defense cooperation of all three services and further strengthening of bilateral defense commitments.

The TSST is a forum established to enhance defense cooperation between the two nations through regular talks at the strategic and operational levels between the IDS Headquarters and the Bangladesh Armed Forces Division.
