YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Accuses Andhra Pradesh Government of Vendetta Politics Over Demolition of YSRCP Office

YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Saturday blamed the Andhra Pradesh government for destroying the party’s construction office in Tadepalli, saying Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had taken “vendetta politics” to the next level. He also called the TDP leader a dictator.

Chandrababu took vendetta politics to the next level. Like a dictator, he demolished the YSRCP headquarters with excavators and bulldozers, the stonework is complete, the party starts at 5.30 am on Saturday, he said.

YSRCP appealed to the Supreme Court yesterday (yesterday) but was defeated,” the party said in a statement. The court also said it ordered a stay on the demolition. It is said that the party’s lawyer brought the decision to the body commissioner.

The former chief minister said that under the NDA government comprising TDP, BJP and parliament, there has been a complete breakdown of law and justice in the southern states.

YSRCP chief said that the opposition party will not be intimidated by vendetta politics. Meanwhile, TDP said that the “illegal construction” was demolished after considering the existing laws and regulations.

TDP leader Pattabhi Ram Kommareddy said that N Chandrababu Naidu never followed the path of political trade.

“Any illegal construction should be demolished according to existing laws and regulations. Now, the YSRCP party unit, which was constructed illegally without the permission of the concerned department, is demolished as per rules. It has nothing to do with political vendetta, as YSRCP has said. First , it must be answered whether the constitution adopted has the necessary permission or not… TDP and Nara Chandrababu Naidu have never walked the path of political trade,” he said.

The new controversy emerged amid TDP’s allegations that Reddy had built a Rs 500-crore hilltop mansion in Visakhapatnam.
