As the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) continues to investigate the death of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the investigating unit recently received a request under the Right to Information Act seeking updates on the case.

According to the ANI, the CBI team has now declined to confirm any information about the case. Responding to an RTI question, they said, “The case of Sushant Singh Rajput is still under investigation, details of the progress may be hampered by the investigation. The requested information could not be provided. “Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra residence on June 14, 2020, under mysterious circumstances that led to several criminal investigations in the case of death. Earlier this year, Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Sahil Shah, a resident of the area. Where the late actor lives, it is reported that Shah who is one of the suspects in the drug case that emerged during the death investigation, has surrendered before the team after fleeing for at least nine months.
