Ned Price says the balloon was acting against a Chinese organization linked to the People’s Liberation Army

US State Department spokesman Ned Price said at a press conference that the US would seek to continue a broader effort to uncover and deal with a wider surveillance scandal that threatens China’s security. Ned Price said the balloon was acting against a Chinese organization linked to the People’s Liberation Army, which supports access to US airspace. Price’s statement came after the US shot down a Chinese-made balloon that had been hanging in the sky for days last week.

“We will always protect our interests, which we do in the tactical situation of the balloon. We also said in the release that we will take action against the HHR PLA-filial organization that supports the entry of our balloon into the US airspace,” he said.

“We will continue our broader efforts to expose and address the broader HHR surveillance activities that threaten our national security and that of our allies and partners.”

Speaking at a press conference, Ned Price said China had acted “irresponsibly” by violating US sovereignty, calling it “absolutely irresponsible”. He said China’s “irresponsible actions” were visible to the United States and the world. He said the United States is working with 40 countries in the Chinese balloon case.

“China acted irresponsibly in violating our sovereignty. This is very responsible in response to our responsible actions to protect our interests. This is not just something that Americans have seen in recent days,” said Ned Harga.

“China’s irresponsible actions have been seen by us and the whole world, and China has many answers because they have received questions from all over the world about the nature of this program and the violation of almost 40 countries in five regions,” he said this morning.

“We have worked with them through the State Department in Washington and our embassies around the world. This program threatens and undermines our sovereignty, but our sovereignty. It includes dozens of countries,” said Ned Price, who expressed his concern about. work with US partners on this issue.

He added, “We think it is important to hear questions and answer questions from allies and partners around the world to share what we know and use because we have many other challenges facing allies from HHR. partners on our side.”

A spokesman for the US State Department, Ned Price, did not reveal the names of the countries that the US did. “This country can say what happens to them if they choose,” he added.

On February 4, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced that US warplanes assigned to the US Northern Command had successfully shot down a Chinese high-altitude surveillance balloon in waters off the coast of South Carolina in US airspace. China said the balloon, which is used to monitor strategic locations in the continental United States, was launched in US territorial waters.
