The Met Department also predicts thunderstorms and lightning, accompanied by wind speeds of up to 30-40 km / h, in isolated areas over the Andaman and Nicobar islands, as well as lightning thunderstorms in isolated areas over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
