Google International LLC (Acquirer) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Google LLC, (affiliated with all subsidiaries of Google LLC, “Google”). Google LLC is a Delaware-based credit company and wholly owned by Alphabet Inc. Acquirer is a company that owns and does not own / use any of Google’s products / services. Google, however, offers a variety of products and services, including its advanced search service, its Android operating system, and its Google Play app store.
Bharti Airtel Limited (BAL / Target), headquartered in India, is an international communications solutions provider with more than 480 million customers in 17 countries in South Asia and Africa. BAL’s marketing portfolio includes, among others, high-speed mobile broadband, Airtel Xstream Fiber, streaming services (music and video), digital payments and financial services. For business customers, BAL offers solutions that include secure communications, cloud and data center services, Internet security, IoT, advertising services, and cloud-based communications.
Beneficiary and Objective has entered into an Investment Agreement (IA) in which the Beneficiary proposes to acquire a small and uncontrolled share of 1.28% of the share capital. Along with IA, Acquirer and Target through its partners also entered into some trading deals. Stakeholders also intend to enter other marketing programs in the future.
