PM gives Nation K. K. Patel Super Specialty Hospital in Bhuj

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has donated to K Hospital. K. Patel Super Specialty in Bhuj, Gujarat today with videoconferencing. The hospital was built by Shree Kutchi Leva Patel Samaj, Bhuj. Gujarat Prime Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel was among those present at the event. Speaking at the event, the Prime Minister thanked the people of Bhuj and Kitch for writing the new end of the region with their hard work. “Today a lot of modern medical facilities are available in this area. In this series, Bhuj finds a modern hospital, which is very special today,” he said.

 The hospital is the first special aid hospital in the region that will serve as a guarantee of quality medical care for the people of Kutch as well as a large number of soldiers, military personnel and traders, the premier said.

The Prime Minister elaborated on that better health facilities not only treat disease, but also promote social justice. “When poor people receive cheaper and better treatment, his faith in the system is strengthened. When they get freedom from worrying about the cost of treatment, they work hard to get out of poverty with more determination, ”said the Premier. The Prime Minister explained that over the years, all health sector programs have been implemented with this concept behind them.

Ayushman Bharat Scheme

The Ayushman Bharat program has contributed to saving millions of rupees annually in the treatment of poor and middle-class families and JanaushadhiYojana. Health and Wellness Centers and campaigns such as the Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Scheme help make treatment accessible to all.

Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Mission expands patient centers. Modern and sophisticated health care infrastructure has been upgraded through the Ayushman Health Infrastructure Mission in the region and upgraded to blocks. The hospital was built in all districts. Similarly, AIIMS is being established. Medical colleges are expanding medical education and the country is likely to have a medical record in the next 10 years.

Focus on Healthcare

Turning to Gujarati, the Prime Minister said “the situation has come and I will not be able to leave Kutch or Kutch leave me”. He spoke of the recent expansion of medical and education infrastructure in Gujarat. He said today there are 9 AIIMS, more than a dozen medical colleges, from 9 previously. Medical seats have increased from 1100 to 6000. Rajkot AIIMs have begun operations, and Ahmedabad Civil Hospital is receiving 1500 maternity and childcare bed infrastructure, he said. Cardiovascular and dialysis services have grown significantly.

Shri Modi, reiterated his focus on health care and called for emphasis on physical hygiene, exercise and Yoga. He also emphasized the importance of healthy food, clean water and nutritious food. He called on the province of Kitch to celebrate Yoga day on a grand scale. He also called on the Patel community to promote the Kutch festival abroad and increase the number of foreign visitors alike. He reiterated his call for 75 Amritsarovars in all regions.
