Traffic Advisory Issued Ahead of Diljit Dosanjh’s Mumbai Concert at Mahalaxmi Race Course

The Mumbai Police have issued a traffic advisory for Thursday evening as Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh is set to perform at the Mahalaxmi Race Course as part of his Dil-Luminati Tour. Commuters traveling via the sea link towards the venue are warned to anticipate congestion and are advised to use public transportation.

The gates for the concert open at 5:00 pm, according to the Zomato website. Attendees are reminded that parking will not be available at the venue, making public conveyance the preferred option.

For easier access, the nearest local train stations are Mahalaxmi (Western Line) and Byculla (Central Line). Jacob Circle is also the closest monorail station, offering additional commuting options.

To mitigate potential delays, Mumbai Police recommend that attendees and others in the area plan their journeys accordingly. Commuters should avoid personal vehicles and opt for cabs, buses, or trains to reduce traffic congestion near the venue.

Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati Tour has already mesmerized fans across ten Indian cities, with the Mumbai leg marking another highly anticipated performance.

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was previously filed in Chandigarh by a resident over traffic disruptions caused by large-scale events, including another concert by rapper Karan Aujla. Despite concerns, the Punjab and Haryana High Court allowed Dosanjh’s Chandigarh concert with strict adherence to noise pollution regulations.

Concertgoers and commuters alike are advised to follow the traffic advisory and plan their movements to enjoy the evening without hassle.
